On the sidelines of the expert panel “Digital Public Relations: Challenges and Opportunities,” held in celebration of World Public Relations Day, the memory of Zolfaghar Hemmati, former head of public relations at the East Azerbaijan Governor’s Office and Tabriz University, was honored. The ceremony took place on the evening of Friday, July 12, 2024, at the office of the East Azerbaijan Public Relations Association.

During the event, attendees paid tribute to the distinguished public relations professional, recognizing his valuable contributions and achievements. Zolfaghar Hemmati, a well-known and influential figure in the field, played a significant role in advancing public relations in East Azerbaijan Province.

It is worth noting that Zolfaghar Hemmati passed away on July 10, 2024, after a period of illness.
