Over the past two years, the East Azerbaijan Public Relations Association has taken significant steps toward enhancing professional knowledge and skills in public relations by organizing 27 free training courses. The association has provided more than 95 hours of training, including specialized seminars and workshops, playing a key role in empowering the professional community in the province.

One of the essential features of these courses has been their free-of-charge nature. By registering for these programs, all managers, practitioners, and enthusiasts in the field of public relations within the province have had an equal opportunity to participate in the educational courses.

Most of these sessions were conducted by prominent national experts and covered a wide range of public relations-related topics. Additionally, in line with global trends, artificial intelligence (AI) was a focal topic addressed in the past year. By aligning its activities with global trends and adhering to international standards, the East Azerbaijan Public Relations Association has positioned itself as a leading entity in this field.

These courses were met with widespread participation, attracting approximately 4,300 attendees. However, it is worth noting that this figure includes repeated participation by some individuals in multiple courses, and thus does not represent unique participants. In total, over 408,500 person-hours of training (the total amount of training delivered to participants multiplied by the course duration) were provided.

The primary goals of these courses have been to enhance specialized knowledge and create opportunities for experience-sharing among public relations professionals. The broad implementation of these educational programs reflects the East Azerbaijan Public Relations Association’s commitment to raising the level of knowledge and fostering a stronger network within the professional community.

Through these educational initiatives, the East Azerbaijan Public Relations Association aims to strengthen the role of public relations in the province and the country, shaping a more prosperous future for this profession.
